PLACET offers (Free Price offers with Equivalent Protection Conditions) are free-market offers that provide standard contractual conditions and a price structure defined by ARERA, introduced with Resolution 555/2017/R/com, intended for End Customers of electricity both domestic and other uses exclusively supplied at low voltage and for End Customers of natural gas with total annual consumption below 200,000 Smc. In compliance with the price structure, the charges are determined by the Supplier. PLACET offers include only the supply of electricity or, alternatively, natural gas, and cannot include additional services or products. The supply contract has indefinite duration, subject to the right of withdrawal by the customer and the seller pursuant to current regulations.
