The price per kWh is indexed to the hourly PUN Index GME, in which the hourly energy cost price is multiplied by the hourly consumption. If consumption data are not available on an hourly basis, consumption will be valued using the single-rate PUN index GME value.

On consumption, increased by network losses, a charge to cover the costs of the dispatch service and the capacity market is also applied, defined according to the provisions of resolution 386/2025/R/com. The Customer is responsible for the amounts relating to transmission/transport, distribution and metering services, the UC3 equalization component to cover imbalances in the equalization systems for electricity transport costs on transmission and distribution networks as well as integration mechanisms, and the UC6 quality component to cover part of the costs of the incentive system for companies managing transport and distribution networks for interventions that result in an improvement in service quality.

These charges will be applied in the amount established by the Authority pursuant to the TIT and TIME and published by the latter. The Customer is responsible for the charges intended to cover costs relating to activities of general interest for the electricity system, applied in the amount established by the Authority pursuant to the TIPPI and published by the latter. General system charges include the “ASOS” and “ARIM” tariff components.
